Financial markets and products continually become more complex because of innovation, demand from users and competition among providers. Finance professionals – traders, salespeople, advisers, financial controllers, operations and IT personnel as well as top-level managers – need to understand the products, the markets they trade in, their uses and their risks. Lawyers, accountants, consultants and regulators who frequently interact with financial firms need this knowledge as well.  Investors - institutional, high net worth and retail – and issuers – corporations and governments – are the main market  for financial products. Because they engage with these instruments less often and as consumers rather than providers, it is both critical and difficult for them to ensure they have the understanding they need.  Educating all of these groups and individuals to the precise level and scope of understanding so they can provide suitable products, manage risk, make intelligent investment decisions, provide professional support or structure and enforce relevant regulations is our overriding objective.  We provide relevant, timely education that is free from the sale or marketing of any product or service. Education is our only business.
